Template:SAC list item
Purpose
[edit]This template is used to simplify the entry of items into lists of Special Areas of Conservation in the Republic of Ireland. This template produces correctly-formatted data to make a row of a table.
The lists are categorised in Category:Lists of Special Areas of Conservation in Ireland
Usage

Parameters
[edit]- code
- The code allocated to this particular Special Areas of Conservation.
- name
- The name of the Special Areas of Conservation. It should be linked, even if the title is currently a redlink
- description
- A brief description of the Special Areas of Conservation. (This may just be one word such as "cashel", or "castle")
- image
- The filename of an image of the Special Areas of Conservation. Do not link it; the template will use the bare filename to create a thumbnail of the appropriate size
- townland
- The townland in which this Special Areas of Conservation is located. It should be linked
- county
- The county in which this Special Areas of Conservation is located. It should not be linked, and the word "county" should be omitted: e.g. enter "Cork", rather than "County Cork". Note that the county should not be omitted; an error message will be generated if it is not present.
