Usage
[edit]{{subst:SMnotice|ARTICLE NAME|NEW ARTICLE [|TALK PAGE]}}
This template is used to add a notice on a user talk page to alert a contributor of an article that has been proposed to have some of its content moved to another article.
To use, add it to a user talk page. A heading and signature will be added automatically.
