Purpose
[edit]This redirect exists for usage of {{Ref label}} for informational footnotes instead of reference footnotes. It is used with {{Note label}}. It is separate because it may well be replaced with alternative code, and in the interim, it will not be snared by bot tools that do {{Ref label}} to <ref> conversions. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] ツ 18:30, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
