Different Dates[edit]

I don't know if the BS template has been used in this way before, to show a heritage railway at different stages through its existance. I may also add a "projected route at some stage" It works for me, but please let me have any comments, good or bad. Regards Lynbarn 11:00, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Distances[edit]

Why are the distances in chains from Waterloo? Why not Paddington? Simply south (talk) 22:26, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

They were the figures I had for BT - that's where I believe the L&SWR measured their stations from! Regards, Lynbarn (talk) 23:01, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Future routes[edit]

There are various proposals to reopen more of the L&B, but none seem likely to bear fruit in the near future, unless and until funds become available, so are probably inappropriate - according to WP:CRYSTAL - for inclusion in wikipedia.

The current "official" plan of the L&BR Trust - known as "Exmoor Enterprise", is shown in this sandbox version of the route diagram. Regards, Lynbarn (talk) 17:12, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
