Main Villains vs Subbosses

[edit]

Such as Gnasty Gnorc and Toasty, etc., and Ripto and Crush and Gulp. Should the sub-villains be their own articles or sections of their main villain's? We've got it going both ways here, as Toasty is separate from Gnasty, but Crush and Gulp are a section of Ripto. And there's no mention of Buzz, Spike, and Scorch at all.

Ineptune also has her own page... potentially. Should it redirect to a subsection of Red? And should there also be a subsection of Red for Gnasty, but with a link to the main article there?

I also have to say that whoever redid the layout did well.

Actually, I'm doing work on splitting the Spyro series article up into one article per game, so the sub-bosses should really be mentioned in the game's article. Level bosses aren't notable/verifiable enough to warrant their own articles, and merging them into articles about the main villains isn't as good. --Stratadrake 20:45, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds good to me. Though if they're more importantly actual minions of the character, like Crush and Gulp are, then they should belong with their boss. Tom Temprotran 05:56, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Elora?!

[edit]

Hey, who removed Elora? Just because she's not in any of the Vivendi-made games doesn't mean she doesn't belong in the series template. Tom Temprotran 04:27, 30 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Spin offs

[edit]

What criteria does Wikipedia use to describe the GBA games and Shadow Legacy as Spin offs? It's probably harmless but it seems rather odd to assign an entry as a spin off simply because it's on a Nintendo handheld. 100.34.38.127 (talk) 01:08, 23 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
