The Passionate Pilgrim is a 1948 novel by Charles Terrot about the nurses who accompanied Florence Nightingale to the Crimea in 1854. It was based on the adventures of Terrot's ancestor, who had been one of the nurses.[1]

- 1949 for the BBC.[2]
- 1950 for US television as an episode of Studio One.[3] Sumner Locke Elliott did the adaptation.[4][5][6]
- 1953 for the BBC.[7]
