User:Þjarkur/Highlight homographs in title

A script which adds a blue background to article titles which use Latin lookalike letters. This is usually done by spammers to bypass watchlists. Turns "Rаzorpаy" into "Rаzorpаy" (the "а"s are Cyrillic letters).
