[edit]Admas Pee (Chinese: 彭文丰; born November 13, 1988) is a Malaysian business strategist, growth architect, and development coach. He is best known for his work in business incubation, strategic planning, and Islamic education. Pee is the founder of Dawah Masterclass, Malaysia’s first structured e-learning platform for Islamic education.[1] Over his career, he has held various influential roles, including Chief Marketing Officer at Kedios Group, advisor at Subplace, and currently, Chief Strategy Officer at Nik Chan Group Berhad, a prominent force in Malaysia's halal food industry recognized for its Bee Tang Express brand. Originally known as Mohd Chan Express, the brand rebranded to Bee Tang Express to better reflect its unique fusion of Chinese-Muslim cuisine and growing market appeal.[2]
Early Life and Education
[edit]Admas Pee was born on November 13, 1988, in Taiping, Perak, Malaysia. He is of Malaysian nationality. Pee’s early interest in business and strategy eventually led him to pursue a career focused on growth strategy, marketing, and coaching. He has undergone advanced training from internationally recognized mentors, including Blair Singer, a global sales coach and advisor to Robert Kiyosaki.[3][4]
Professional Career
[edit]Admas Pee has built a diverse career in business development, marketing, and strategic consulting. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from small enterprises to large corporations. Pee has held significant roles at various organizations, including Success Resources and Kedios Group.
In 2018, as Project Director for Success Resources, Pee oversaw the Chinese National Achievers Congress (CNAC), a multi-speaker event in Malaysia. His strategic marketing efforts led to a 300% increase in sales within two months, compared to the previous year.[5]
Pee also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Kedios Group, a Malaysian education company comprising twelve brands aimed at providing accessible quality education.[6] Additionally, he acted as an advisor at Subplace, Asia’s first subscription-based platform, where he contributed to the digital transformation and strategic growth of the platform.[7]
Throughout his career, Pee has been recognized for his results-driven approach and holistic coaching style, often helping clients achieve substantial revenue growth in a short time. He has a particular expertise in bridging the O2O (online-to-offline) gap, supporting businesses in transitioning to digital operations and achieving scalable growth.
Founder of Dawah Masterclass
