Re: do you think...

Personally I think that that might be a but much. I can see where you're coming from (to tell the truth, I'd usually use a tactic like that :P), but I think doing that may be a bit overboard, as it's not tremendous problem of people changing their genre, and if it would ever come to it, a semi protection wouldn't go amiss. Good idea though, mate :) ≈ The Haunted Angel 00:19, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Also gotta' say, I love this pic =D ≈ The Haunted Angel 00:20, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

NIN WikiProject

I'd like to invite you to join the newly-formed Nine Inch Nails WikiProject. There's alot of NIN-related articles on Wikipedia that could use a little attention, and I hope this project can help organize an effort to improve them. So please, take a look and if you like what you see, help us get this project off the ground and a few Nine Inch Nails pages into the front ranks of Wikipedia articles. Thanks! Emperor infobox

Well done, the Emperor-box looks great. Thanks for taking the time to create it. Cheers! Thee darcy (talk) 16:05, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Templates

There is no need to re-design templates as you did to Immortal. It comes down to a personal preference, in which case, should be left up to the template's creater. Undeath (talk) 14:27, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

Perhaps change it back to black? new template looks crap. -- Ļıßζېấשּׂ~ۘ Ώƒ ﻚĢęخ (talk) 23:12, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
Moreover, there is a reason to change it back to black, it is black metal after all. I just don't think it is grim enough as is. -- Ļıßζېấשּׂ~ۘ Ώƒ ﻚĢęخ (talk) 23:43, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I've read the guidelines, however, i feel that grimness should be the overriding factor here. Afterall, this is no picnic on a pleasant Sunday afternoon, these are THE "Sons of Northern Darkness", they come from somewhere very cold and dark. -- Ļıßζېấשּׂ~ۘ Ώƒ ﻚĢęخ (talk) 00:01, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
Yes, this is probably the best course of action, but we would have to leave the more melodic ones a sort of dark-grey to signify their... semi-grimness. lolol... I'll get to work on it soon. -- Ļıßζېấשּׂ~ۘ Ώƒ ﻚĢęخ (talk) 00:18, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
It does come down to personal preference. And yes, red links should be avoided, but the red links in the template serve as a reminder to what needs to be done. Also, the black template is for black/death metal. The new templates are just a personal preference. There is no rule that you need a certain type of template for a band.Undeath (talk) 03:44, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
The vde is visible through the black. It might not be the clearest in the world, but it is there. There is no rule that states that all templates should be one way or another. I make mine black. Some people make theirs red. Some are yellow etc... It is preference. The watain template is a valid template. You could argue, with the point you made, that no template is notable. Some things take time. Undeath (talk) 22:01, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
I will not be changing my templates. I do believe that the black metal templates should reflect the band. Just because there is a wikiproject dedicated to making it standardized, does not make it a rule on wikipedia. Undeath (talk) 04:05, 9 February 2008 (UTC)

Invitation

I hereby invite you to join Wikiproject black metal. Thanks. Undeath (talk) 20:18, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

Deviant Records

The deviant records that Horna is signed to is not the same one as the london based. This one is in Germany. Un-related as far as I can see. Undeath (talk) 06:04, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

I recently discovered ([1]) you input information into the discography page for Faith No More relating to Australian chart positions for their albums. If I may ask, where did you get this information from? Thanks if you can tell me, as the source provided (australian-charts.com) does not cover Australian chart positions before 2001. Congratulations on having earned your first WP:FL during the last month. You may be interested in nominating your list for consideration as August LOTM and LOTD. It would also be great if you would consider voting on the current set of candidates for consideration as July LOTM and LOTD.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 05:45, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

DragonForce discography

Yeah, I suppose that extra single makes 10, but can't you just wait until the full album drops? Id' recommend waiting, if only to get out of the grey area a little bit, and to not come across as too nom-happy. It's like a month and a half away, no? It's up to you though. Template:Tracklist

I replied to your suggestion on Template talk:Tracklist. It's promising, hope we can get the remaining kinks worked out. – Cyrus XIII (talk) 18:01, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Lostprophets discography

You were right their was a music video for it. So i've added it with a director and a reliable source so can you please change vote from uppose. --Be Black Hole Sun (talk) 18:37, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

I fixed it. I've gone through hundreds of articles but they all say the director is unknown. Remember you can't uppose cause theirs a director missing, take a look at the Soundgarden discography which was nominated this month. --Be Black Hole Sun (talk) 22:13, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
