Career

[edit]

Early years

[edit]

A central defender, Koutsimouka began his career in the academies at Angers SCO and Quevilly-Rouen.[3][4] On 2 September 2019, he moved to England to join the B team at Championship club Brentford on a two-year contract,[3] with the option of a further year.[2] Koutsimouka made 36 appearances prior to the expiration of his contract in June 2021.[5] After playing for Brest II on trial at the Ploufragan U21 tournament during the 2021 off-season,[6] Koutsimouka signed for the Championnat National 3 club.[7] He made just three appearances prior to his release at the end of the 2021–22 season.[8][9][10]

Brechin City

[edit]

On 24 January 2023, Koutsimouka joined Highland League club Brechin City on a contract running until the end of the 2022–23 season.[11] He made six appearances,[12] but was not involved in the club's unsuccessful playoff campaign.[13] Koutsimouka was released when his contract expired.[14]

Saumur

[edit]

After remaining a free agent during the 2023–24 season, Koutsimouka transferred to Championnat National 2 club Saumur in late August 2024.[15]
