Hello! I'm a student at Boston College currently enrolled in Developmental Biology of Fall 2013. Beyond that, I am a researcher in a lab which works with S.Pombe as model for epigenetic studies. Histones are the best, obviously.

I am a student in a program which utilizes Wikipedia as part of an educational assignment. I'm quite interested in expanding upon this page as there is much that could be added. For example, in a review in 2003 "Translational control by the 3′-UTR: the ends specify the means", this topic is spoken of in much greater detail. One such field that could be worked on is the binding of SLBP and how this affects the mRNA. Much more is spoken of on this topic in the review as well. Here is the full citation:

I am a student in a program which utilizes Wikipedia as part of an educational assignment. I'm quite interested in expanding upon this page as there is much that could be added. One example of something that could be added comes from a minireview from 2001 which states investigates vasculogenesis and how it arises from the blastodisc cells. Thus, there is quite a bit more that could be added besides a basic description. The full citation for the article is below:
Vailhé, B., Vittet, D., & Feige, J. J. (2001). In vitro models of vasculogenesis and angiogenesis. Laboratory investigation, 81(4), 439-452.
