As a way of introduction, I am a professor of Mathematics (quantitative finance, stochastic analysis, signal processing) at Imperial College London and a veteran of the quantitative finance industry. I am trying to find the time to contribute to Wikipedia in my areas. I am not yet sure how much I will be able to do, as I have a few chronic health problems, but my intention would be to help. I have also donated to Wikipedia because I think it is a fundamental institution and it is serving a fundamental purpose.
