This template is used as part of DexDor's namespace-category grid. It either (1) produces a bit of markup to specify the colour of a cell of a table or (2) produces a legend (key) of the colours.

Parameters:

1=indication of colour ("no", "td", "ad", "ne", "ok", "dm") (or "LEGEND" to see legend)

2="e" to extend to cell below, "b" otherwise (bottom).

dm = Doesn't matter
