The Majuba Aviation crash was the crash of a Pilatus PC-12 operated by Majuba Aviation that crashed tuesday February 8, 2011 of Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. The flight was a domestic flight from Queenstown, Eastern Cape to Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape. The crew was struggling with heavy fog and very poor visibility. The plane missed it's first approach, as the crew were unable to see the runway. When attempting a go-around the plane stalled because of too low airspeed and crashed in the sea, local time 16:40.[4] The wreckage was found at 6am the following morning.

Aboard the plane was among others the chief executive officer of building materials company Italtile, Gianpaolo Ravazzotti. The other passengers were his colleagues and other business partners from other companies.[5] Also Majuba Aviations chief pilot was killed in the crash.

As of April 2011 the crash is still under investigation.
