Corporate Digital presence (CDP) is any means or process for communicating and interacting with customers across any channel with the support of information technology. All business processes that directly touch the customer should be considered part of the digital presence study. There are other processes that touch the customer in an indirect way but still have a direct impact in the customer relation with the organization. The inclusion of these business processes is considered on a case by case basis. Corporate Digital Presence includes the main business processes where the customer or potential customer has a direct contact with the company or organization. Those business process can be classify be classify as Digital Marketing, Digital Sales, Digital Services and Digital Support.
