Eddy Topsy[edit]
Edwin May Sonny, Popularly known as Eddy Topsy is a Ugandan Musical Artist, Songwriter, Freestyle Rapper and a Medical Laboratory Technologist
Born: 06th-May-2002 in Arua City, and Raised up in Kampala city!
He's known for being Linguistic as he does freestyle Raps in the local dialects of Acholi, Lugbara, Luganda, Alur, Lingala, Kiswahili and many other Languages!

Education Background
Eddy Topsy attended Kigumba Center primary school & Mutunda Primary school for Primary Leaving Examinations. In 2015 He then Joined Kigumba Intensive Secondary School for O' & A' Levels
He later on Joined Arua Institute of Health Sciences for a medical Laboratory course, then applied at Makere University for An Upgrade!
Musical Career
Despite being an active Music Dance & Drama member at school, and a full time Sunday school boy, Eddy Topsy Officially joined the Music industry in the year 2019 with his debut track “Kwangwaru Gospel Version” Inspired by Tanzanian Singers Diamond Platnumz & Harmonize! Followed by a couple of his original songs!
In the year 2021, Edwin May Rebranded from previously called Topsy Afroboy To Eddy Topsy, This was after he migrated from Kampala to Arua City his home place!
He released a couple of successful songs in his region, gaining recognition in a shot while.
He then signed a partial management deal with Orindi Music Management!

- In 2020-2021: he was crowned the Breakthrough l Artist in the Kiryandongo Africa Music Awards
- In 2021-2022: He was crowned the Best male Artist in Kiryandongo Africa Music Awards KAMA
- In 2022-2023: He was crowned the Overall Artist and AfroBeat Artist in the Mark Records International Music Awards
