I'm new to Wikipedia as of August 8th, 2006; My first edit was at 04h07 UTC on that day as 142.162.37.126 and the last thing I did before creating my own account was to add Hilda Chaulk Murray, author to the List of people of Newfoundland and Labrador at 07h35 UTC that same day so if that IP address has been reassigned and has done anything else since, it's someone other than me.[1] Accidentally made one edit on August 15th before signing in; I was wondering why the 'minor edit' box wasn't showing up — now I know.[2]
I lived in southwest France in the town of Orthez from 2003-2004; of the following listed articles, I've only editted the article on Orthez so far but they're all of interest to me as they're near where I lived and I passed through them frequently, often hitchhiking :
Jozankei Onsen is a site I might create but I want to research other websites too; perhaps a list of onsens in Japan — there's a lot. ('onsen' means 'hot water volcanic spring') Perhaps a Jozankei town site and include mention of the onsen. I'm thinking about it. I guess the first place to start is to find and flip through the Japanese articles on it.
I've been living in China since August 25, 2007 (and was visiting here from May 15 - July 29, 2007) and I have not had reliable, continuous access to wikipedia during that time hence my extreme lack of activity; my lack of activity prior to that was due to school and work.
