Yes, it's Horder. No, that's not a typo for Hoard. No, it's not a real word, but if it was it would mean: "To move, create, and direct or control a horde." Therefore an "InformationHorder" is someone who gathers up a horde of information and moves it to where it needs to be. Much like a cowboy drives hordes of cattle, I gather information and move it to where it is most useful.
