Extensive archive work in different cities, I have collected thousands of historic photographs and details regarding the construction and history of the 1870 tower from its design in 1868/69 through the historic move of the tower in 1999. I am a stickler for accuracy and rely on primary sources and verifiable dates and I am carefully creating an accurate day-by-day timeline of this historic and beautiful structure.
