Wazy Online Store is an Libyan online retailer of items including computer hardware and consumer electronics. It is based in Libya. It is majority-owned by Saraha Technologies, a multinational technology company.
History

[edit]Saraha Technologies was founded in 2012, was established in the year 2012 as a leading ICT and consumer electronics distribution company partnered with some of the world most well known brands, With headquarters in Tripoli, along with a subsidiary and sister companies offices across the middle east.
Launch in 2020
[edit]On Mach 8th, Wazy Online Store launched to the gaming and consumer electronics markets with over 500 product listings to huge success, service only the city of Tripoli at the time, it didn't take a long time for the online expand their service area to other major cities and covering the whole country by the end of the year.
Product range expansion in 2021
[edit]During 2021, the parent company, Saraha Technologies initiated a growth process plans and struck multiple partnership deals with many of the world's most well known brands for distribution to the Libyan market, which result of growth in product listings to over 3500, making it the largest online retailer in the country.
2022 - Present
[edit]Since 2022 Wazy have continued increasing their product range by entering the photography as well as the home appliances markets to strengthen it's presence as the leading platform for online shopping in Libya.
