My name is Minsoo Kang and I'm from South Korea. I was born in 1998. This is my first quarter at Everett Community College. I like watching movie, playing video games, and cooking. My major is computer science. Even though I am not very good at it, I also like to use computer.

I usually used Wikipedia to look at information about games and movies. And if I have any questions, always search Wikipedia. I think I usually use foreign Wikipedia rather than Korean Wikipedia. I use Wikipedia a lot, but in Korea, some people see Wikipedia as unreliable information.

Article review

I've liked to play video games for a long time. Among many video games, I liked the game 'dead by daylight' the most. I enjoyed this a lot and needed more information about it. The official site of this game is poor, I searched dead by daylight on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: its old citation link, dead link, and its lack of information.

Citations

On the top of the dead by daylight Wikipedia page, there is the link to buy and play this game, However the title of this link was old. It said "Save 10$ on Dead by Daylight on Steam". This sales event only for specific periods. It might confused people who want to buy dead by daylight. So, I changed this link named by "Dead by Daylight on Steam". This will not confuse people and look more intuitive.

Dead link

There are a lot of citations in Wikipedia. With the links, we can go through where is citation's idea came from. However, some links are eliminated. We called it dead link. In the dead by daylight Wikipedia page, the information about where the game is going has been cited, but the link has disappeared. Nobody erased the link, so I erased the link. And, I am looking for the other link, there is not.

Lack of information

I think a quick update to new information is the most important element of the Wikipedia. Many updates and new characters are released in dead by daylight and it should apply to Wikipedia page. However, it only applied particular section of the Wikipedia page. I updated some information and citation links and external links.

Summary

To summarize, I think the dead by daylight Wikipedia page is much better than before. The exact source and amount of information can make the Wikipedia page reliable, but the page cites inaccurate. Moreover, there is some information that are no included on this page. As the main benefit of Wikipedia is that it can be used, and updated together, I think new information should be updated quickly.
