MNYakko--often I'm asked about the meaning of the name. I have been using it for years and its origin is quite simple. The Animaniacs is one of my favorite cartoons, Yakko my favorite character on the show and I needed a user ID one day long, long ago. "Yakko" was taken so I put the state of my residence at the time in front. "MNYakko" was available and I have been using it in many venues since. There have been a few imposters over the years, but the careful observer can distinguish them from me.

I am an accountant by day and a radio talk show host by night. Well, by weekend really. My interests are computers (games, software, programming, etc), music (many genres, playing on the piano or just listening), sports (baseball is life, football, basketball and most anything that has a score), games, TV, movies...you get the idea.
I am "ideologically" a Federalist...I believe in smaller, local and divided power in government. I apply my beliefs regardless of whom they benefit (which tends to rub most people that follow current event commentary the wrong way--they want absolute allegiance).
Most of the things I know were self taught. Piano, VBA, MySql, playing sports (lettered in baseball, basketball, cross-country and track & field), etc. I like to learn things simply to understand the world better.
The most important question ever: "Why?"
Me personally...understanding that this is the internet and there are many psychos out there (which is why I had my main user page locked), all I will say is that I'm from California originally, moved to Minnesota at some point, am a military veteran and a recovering scumbag. I was homeless twice in my life. I tried to enlist in the military again in 2005 and again in 2006, both times a physical conidition I tried to hide was discovered by the military and I was denied enlistment.
