Category:Description of Charter Quay Charter Quay is a large development in Kingston on the banks of the Thames. The site was completed in 2001 and comprises of 5 townhouses, 239 apartments, river moorings, restaurants, bars, shops, a café and The Rose Theatre.

Bounded by the market square on one side and the river Thames on the other, with the Hoggs Mill river running through the centre, Charter Quay also includes a piazza and a waterfowl conservation area.
