Woo Mi-hwa (Korean우미화, February 2, 1974) is a South Korean actress. She debuted as theater actress in 1998 as Petra in People's Enemy.[1] As theater actress, Woo won numerous awards includes the 2011 Seoul Theater Festival Female Acting Award, Best Actress of the 2011 Korea Acting Awards for her play The Three Sisters, and she won the 2013 Korean Drama Awards for Best Actress. In 2017, she won the SACA Best Actress Award for Best Actress in a play for her Russian work Dear Elena.[2]

She has appeared in supporting roles in various films and television dramas. Her first significant role in television was from drama series Life (2018).[3][4] In the same year, Woo’s other works were Sky Castle(2018), Doctor Prisoner(2018), and Black Dog: Being A Teacher(2018). She joined her current agency before she joined cast ofVoice Season 4 (2020).[5]

Her most known works in television series are Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha (2021) as Lee Myung-shin, Hye-jin's stepmother.[6]
