Rudolph Thomas Matthews (born August 18, 1955), is an American Insurance Professional who is listed in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, 2005- 2006 Edition. Rudolph is a Certified Senior Advisor and a Registered Representative who won many awards for his service as a Insurance Consultant.

Born and raised in Harlem, New York, Rudolph attended La Salle Academy High School and Pace University. He now resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
