Hi all,

My principle interest in wikipedia is the history of indonesia particularly Sulawesi the Moluccas and the Pacific. I hope to offer much deeper insight into these topics.

I encourage readers of this page to read about the Bugis, Kaili, Seramers, Tidorese and many other groups that live in the region.

Of particular interest: Did you know that the British ran Java and many other islands: Sulawesi, Ternate etc in 1815 due to the Napoleonic wars. But even before that they had control of some Moluccan islands. Another fascinating topic is the Austrian Imperial company and William Bolts.

I urge you to begin your own adventure through time and space.
