Hello there. This is Roly Ortega and I'm the founder, owner, and blogposter of The Changing Newscasts Blog, home to The Latest News about Local Newscasts. Some of my reports have been referenced on some Wikipedia pages.

As of Monday, May 1st, 2017, I have created a separate franchise called Public Media Fans, which supports public broadcasting from PBS and APT via television and from NPR, PRX, APM, BBC and WNYC Studios via radio.
On Monday, June 6th, 2022, I launched yet another separate franchise called SeriousXM. This is a newsletter service that focuses on the latest news and happenings inside the SiriusXM Satellite Radio service. - A fan of Orlando City SC and Florida Gators athletic sports (mainly College Basketball, Football, and Baseball).

- While I was at the University of Florida, I was one of the on-air hosts at 95.3 GHQ FM in Gainesville and was on the air four days a week until Fall 2019:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00-3:00 p.m. (Roly on the Radio)
- Saturdays from 8:00-10:00 p.m. (The Saturday Night Music Mix)
