[edit]Hello, I'm Abecedare. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the page Dhoti, because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. [edit]I have looked at your contributions, and it seems all you do here is add promotional external links. That is not allowed, as Wikipedia is not for advertising. Please stop, or you will be blocked from editing. Bishonen | talk 12:15, 20 January 2015 (UTC).
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Anti-obesity medication. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. bonadea contributions talk 06:31, 21 January 2015 (UTC)

[edit]I have removed one of your contributions to the Men's health article, which has simply added a promotional external link. Wikipedia is not for advertising. I note you have already been warned against this type of activity, which can lead to you being blocked from editing. Drchriswilliams (talk) 12:18, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
You have been blocked for a period of 1 year from editing Wikipedia for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia. --Dirk Beetstra T C 12:26, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
