On Wikipedia we go by what reliable established sources have published about a subject. All we can confirm about Reed M. Lambert is that he was an amateur operator from Salt Lake City [1]. Certainly if he invented something like amateur radio we'd have multiple reliable sources for it. Continuing to add unverified information to Wikipedia will result in you being blocked.
