Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to University of Rochester Medical Center. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Cquan (after the beep...) 02:27, 14 December 2010 (UTC)
This is your last warning; the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Keck School of Medicine of USC, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. tedder (talk) 23:07, 14 December 2010 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

below this notice, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia and potentially penalized by search engines.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
