Information icon Hello, I'm Knitsey. I noticed that you recently removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hello

[edit]

I'm replying here as you didn't sign your comment on my talk page so I can't reply there. Firstly, you need to declare a conflict of interest on here if you've been asked to edit a person article on their behalf. I will post a message shortly about COI. Secondly, the relationship took place. I would suggest leaving the information in place and adding an edit to say they broke up. You will need a reliable source for this WP:RS. Knitsey (talk) 20:44, 22 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I will remove your comment on my talk page as it's in the wrong place and unsigned. Many thanks, Knitsey (talk) 20:47, 22 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, 80.249.30.167. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Knitsey (talk) 20:45, 22 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
