Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 87.196.73.215. This IP belongs to Portuguese cellular provider NOS - it's just one of the IPs handed out to anyone with a mobile phone in Portugal. If you guys want anons to be able to contribute to wikipedia then you are WAY too liberal in blocking these IPs - I've been in Portugal 2 years and I don't think I've been able to make a single edit in all that time; certainly not in the last 18 months. Please stop - I just want to help (but I don't want an account).
