I am writing a Wikipedia article for a university assignment, and my topic is Monégasque cuisine.

Welcome! An easy request: Please ensure your section headings are in sentence case, not title case. If you actually look at a variety of Wikipedia articles you'll see that this is the model you should follow, as reflected in our style manual. For example, "Modern Monegasque Cuisine" is not correct; "Modern Monegasque cuisine" is correct. I kindly urge you to fix this, and to become familiar with the other stylistic conventions here.
