Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Agustin Sepulveda Venegas 2004 Fan, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your recent edits to the page Vought F4U Corsair did not conform to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may have been removed. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations verified in reliable, reputable print or online sources or in other reliable media. Always provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to The Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. The Fat Controller

[edit]

Greetings. I am asking you to please stop linking to British people on the infobox, as it is completely unnecessary per MOS:OVERLINK"What generally should not be linked [...] nationalities and ethnicities". Mac Dreamstate (talk) 22:09, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The Next Bob The Builder Show

[edit]

Will Bob the Builder come back for a next Bob the Builder show? I am hoping that the original designs of Bob the Builder can come back and both Mattel Television and WildBrain will both produce it and Jam Filled Toronto will animate it. 2601:CC:4300:660:4452:D641:D48:A4D3 (talk) 20:48, 27 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Daisy the Diesel Railcar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Jenyire2 20:31, 2 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Daisy the Diesel Railcar moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Daisy the Diesel Railcar, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to The Fat Controller, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. You've been asked many, many times to read WP's guidelines on overlinking, and why "British people" should be not linked in the infobox. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 19:06, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

More vandalism

[edit]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Chilean Navy. You continue to insert false information into articles. Chile did not take part in the First World War, as I am sure that you know, and Chile did not operate all these aircraft that you insist in adding Chile as an operator. Stop doing this or I suspect that your next block will be much longer. Nigel Ish (talk) 17:28, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Agustin, I have over a dozen books specifically devoted to the Corsair, others where the Corsair is included, and periodicals which have articles on it. None state that it served with Chile. Please do not add that assertion again, unless you have a reliable source specifically stating that assertion. Kablammo (talk) 17:48, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I need to edit Wikipedia again!

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 19:44, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Decline reason:

Your unblock request does not indicate that if unblocked you would source your edits. I suggest you read WP:V, WP:RS and WP:CITE. To feel comfortable in unblocking you, I would need a commitment to source your edits. In this context, I am declining your request. PhilKnight (talk) 20:29, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Agustin Sepulveda Venegas 2004 Fan, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

You are working hard to ensure that won't happen any time soon. If you are ever able to go at least six months with zero edits, WP:SO may be available to you. Listen to Yamla. The only way you can return to editing without your page creations being deleted is to stop all socking for at least six months and then return and post a cogent, thoughtful and sincere unblock request. Aren't you tired of sneaking around and having your pages deleted as soon as they are spotted? Have some self-control and do things the right way and the situation could be different than it is now.
