Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Juventus F.C. and the Italy national football team, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Emerson (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:46, 1 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article UEFA Competitions' finals has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The list seems very WP:LC and it was only created just to have another list. Not only that, but each list was copied from their own original list article, which explains each topic in greater detail.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Information icon Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Maurizio Sarri, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mattythewhite (talk) 00:31, 11 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I can't add a source. I per you the following link so please add it:

Yes but these cups are really won by that players. You need to find sources but the informations are correct Alessandraronaldo (talk) 23:22, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Alessandraronaldo. At Mesut Özil you used a named reference but the reference did not already exist in the article so I had to remove the claim that Özil won this year's FA Cup. See WP:NAMEDREFS for details on how to use named reference. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 12:33, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding "honours" to players for finals in which they were not even in the matchday squad at all. All you are proving with the references you added to the likes of Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Claudio Bravo, which literally didn't mention the players at all, is that they didn't win the honour in question -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 18:25, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of career achievements by Cristiano Ronaldo; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. We have been over this many times before, and it appears that you are either unwilling or unable to address that. Hurrygane (talk) 20:09, 13 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

FIFA World Cup awards

[edit]

There was no reliable sources about Golden Ball and All Stars. Blog level sources are hard to believe, and the 1958 edition actually had differences with rumors. They need sources of trustworthy media.--Pinineeon (talk) 03:37, 12 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion

[edit]

Information icon Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

@EdJohnston: Suddenly, IPs are doing the same kind of edits. This is exhausting. I suspect Alessandraronaldo is attempting to evade the block. Hurrygane (talk) 10:04, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Alessandraronaldo:, if you are in fact editing while logged out to evade your block be aware this could really get you in trouble. Wikipedia:Sockpuppetry: "it is improper to use multiple accounts to deceive or mislead other editors, disrupt discussions, distort consensus, avoid sanctions, evade blocks, or otherwise violate community standards and policies". Gerd Müller Trophy moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Gerd Müller Trophy, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from UEFA Europa League into UEFA Champions League. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 19:54, 21 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
