That's strange. On my view of my userpage, the 'This User is seeking adoption' box is still up. As far as I know, I haven't been adopted. One Wikipedian offered and then didn't get back to me. --Bentonia School 09:55, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

Mount Everest

You put the case for changing to 8850 m on the talk page, then deleted it. I do not know if you wish to pursue this issue, but if you do, then please could you not edit Mount Everest until the case has been debated. As you can see from Talk:Edmund Hillary, I will be opposing your case unless you can supply better evidence than a single GPS survey by the NGS. Viewfinder 10:14, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

Comment I have moved the above discussion from the Dalai Lama talk page as the IP users questions have nothing whatsoever to do with improving the article. Also they are of a personal nature and as such are relevant to a users talk page. Hey, I know it is almost 2 years after your post, but...well, in October 2007 you made a post about some references about Bram Stoker not basing his character on Vlad. I have created a new subject on the bottom of the talk page. It is titled "Eleonore von Schwarzenberg". There is some evidence that Dracula was actually based on her.
