Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in The Doctor, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please see in particular writing about fiction and the Doctor Who MOS. Discussions of the use of supernatural elements in the show, if backed up by reliable sources, may be valuable but these have to fit Wiki's encyclopaedic style and tone. Also consider whether The Doctor – an article about the character – is the most appropriate place for this content. Irltoad (talk) 10:22, 30 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Like i said help me put the information in Wikipedia style. If i dont do it then you should be wanting to put it back with that style Blob02 (talk) 14:42, 30 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I see that you have been given the same advice here as I did just now on my talk page. Kindly read it and understand it before you try to edit The Doctor, or even any other article. DoctorWhoFan91 (talk) 16:51, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Blob02: no source says the fugitive doctor can only be explained by the supernatural, stop adding it. And learn how to add ref correctly, you have been told many times, stop being disruptive. DoctorWhoFan91 (talk) 10:10, 4 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't like to pile on, but you have continued to add unreferenced or improperly referenced text along with inappropriate capitalisation and other stylistic messes for others to clean up, after you have been given warnings and advice about how to write for Wikipedia. Can you at least take a break fro, editing if you're not going to follow this advice? — ClaudineChionh (she/her · talk · contribs · email) 10:30, 4 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
User:ClaudineChionh, User:Blob02 keeps making a lot of wrong edits, some of them the same ones again and again, can you help me bring it to whatever is the correct place to stop them; I don't know the next step. DoctorWhoFan91 (talk) 19:02, 4 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on The Doctor. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Enough. You do not get to continue restoring your unsourced WP:OR. You certainly do not get to ignore the various posts attempting to explain things to you with "if it's not referenced properly, someone else can do it because it is a team effort. I'm not going to waste my time learning how use Wikipedia properly" Meters (talk) 02:46, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Do you understand that you will likely be blocked if you keep this up? Multiple editors have undone you. Stop restoring the contested content. Wait for a consensus on the article's talk page. Meters (talk) 02:58, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Talk:The Doctor. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Please retract that personal attack. Meters (talk) 03:44, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
