[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to River Thames. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Dekisugi (talk) 13:24, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to River Thames. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. Mayalld (talk) 13:24, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to River Thames. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Your recent edit to Windsor, Berkshire (diff) was reverted by an automated bot. The edit was identified as adding either test edits, vandalism, or link spam to the page or having an inappropriate edit summary. If you want to experiment, please use the preview button while editing or consider using the sandbox. If this revert was in error, please contact the bot operator. If you made an edit that removed a large amount of content, try doing smaller edits instead. Thanks! // VoABot II (talk) 13:56, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Windsor, Berkshire, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from all of Wikipedia. Mayalld (talk) 13:59, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
Reported
[edit]Your determination to continue advertising your company despite many warnings has been noted. Please be aware that a "last warning" in Wikipedia is just that. As you have added a spam link after your last warning, you have been reported for administrator attention. Mayalld (talk) 14:08, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
AfD nomination of SL Nuneham
[edit]I have nominated SL Nuneham, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/SL Nuneham. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Sockpuppetry case
[edit]You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Boating is great for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Mayalld (talk) 19:50, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
