I have nominated Bel-Air Centre, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bel-Air Centre. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

  • Twitter and Facebook pages can't be used in Wikipedia articles. A leasing page from the company that owns it is generally fine, but there has to be significant third-party coverage. This would mean newspaper, magazine, website, etc. articles that are significantly about the strip mall — not just directory listings like you've shown me. Also, arguing "But X has an article!" doesn't hold water; the reason that Arborland, Tel-Twelve, etc. have articles is because there are (a small amount of) news articles.
