Username Concern
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, CTRescue, may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it appears to be a company name. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may file for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account and use that for editing. Thank you. TNXMan 19:32, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
I am a staff representative of the company( i.e. non profit agency) and created the account to be used to provide contributions by the agency. If this violates the policy, I did not mean to do so. My intent was to update/correct information on the agency's wikipedia page, and possibly contribute to other articles for which our organization has extended experience. I did plan to research neutrality policies before making a submission. - Amanda Byrne, IT Admin, Carolina Tiger Rescue
Carolina Tiger Rescue
[edit]I saw you note on Wikipedia:Help_desk about the name change. I went ahead and updated the Carolina Tiger Rescue article to reflect the change, and made some minor cleanup and formattend changes. If I can be of any additional help, drop me a note on my talk page. Cheers.--Chuck369 (talk) 03:20, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Unfortunately, many charitable causes and social service organizations are not sufficiently notable for their own Wikipedia article, and all users are discouraged from editing in any area where they have an inherent conflict of interest. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may ask for a review of this username block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}
below this message. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 05:23, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
