I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

There are two issues with this:

The article Nick Pope (footballer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article about a footballer who fails WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTBALL and who has not played in a fully pro league and the article has previously been deleted for the same reason as per this discussion.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
