User talk:Chuckles260
Hello Chuckles.
Please stop your disruptive editing at Democratic Left (Greece). In the phrase "Centre-left to left-wing", there is no need to capitalize the 'L'. If another editor disagrees with one of your edits and reverts it, you are held to discuss on the talk page, instead of re-reverting (as you did). The latter can lead into an edit war which may lead to a block for the involved users. As you have already been blocked once, you should have learned your lesson. Kind regards --RJFF (talk) 11:57, 30 March 2012 (UTC)
Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Ecologist Greens. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --RJFF (talk) 20:16, 2 April 2012 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Democratic Left (Greece), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. --RJFF (talk) 20:17, 2 April 2012 (UTC)
Possibly unfree File:PanosKammenos.jpg
[edit]A file that you uploaded or altered, File:PanosKammenos.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Fut.Perf. ☼ 21:25, 6 April 2012 (UTC)
Edit warring
[edit]Your recent editing history at Democratic Left (Greece) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. --RJFF (talk) 23:55, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
Edit summary
[edit] Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you. --RJFF (talk) 20:21, 15 April 2012 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. While everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one of your recent file uploads had missing or false information regarding its source and copyright status. Please note that Wikipedia takes copyright and copyright infringement very seriously. Images and other media may only be uploaded and included if their copyright status meets the conditions stated in our image use policy, and if their provenance is clearly documented. If you have questions, feel free to ask at the copyright question page or on my talk page. Thank you. --RJFF (talk) 22:11, 15 April 2012 (UTC)

Warning
[edit]It seems you have been engaging in quite a range of disruptive behaviour. You make changes to articles without providing justifications. You revert-war. You never engage in talkpage discussion. You never use edit summaries. You keep uploading copyright-violating image with false authorship attribution, despite multiple prior notices. You created Filippos Sachinidis as a completely unreadable machine translation, straight from Google Translator, from the Greek Wikipedia. That was both a copyright violation (because you didn't attribute the source), and an extremely poor quality article. Did you even read the text you posted? Please never use Google Translator again for texts you want to post here. Your edit here suggests your English is really too poor to make useful contributions on this project.
I imagine that you mean well and are really trying to help, but you have been messing things up so much, I'm afraid if you continue with these kind of activities, we'll have to block you from editing. Fut.Perf. ☼ 06:52, 20 April 2012 (UTC)
- By the way, you don't happen to be Pumpie (talk · contribs), I hope? I have mentioned you at the admin noticeboard. Fut.Perf. ☼ 06:58, 20 April 2012 (UTC)
Please do not continue to upload files with missing or false information on their copyright status, as you did with File:PanosKammenos.jpg. Please note that Wikipedia takes copyright and copyright infringement very seriously. File permission problem with File:Panos Kammenos.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Panos Kammenos.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-enwikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 01:21, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:Nikolaos Michaloliakos.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Nikolaos Michaloliakos.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{non-free fair use in|article name that the file is used in}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Fæ (talk) 11:02, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
May 2012
[edit]Your addition to File:Nikolaos Michaloliakos.jpg has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. NFCC on fair use cannot apply for images of living people as by definition such images are replaceable. In consideration that you have repeatedly uploaded similar copyright violations of images of living people, please take this as the final warning you will receive on copyright violations of this type. Blocked
[edit]Hi. After scanning your contributions, deleted contributions, and user talk page I've come to the conclusion that the majority of your edits are disruptive to the project. As such, I have blocked you until such time as you can show that you're here to be a benefit and not a burden. As always, please see wp:block for information on contesting this. Orphaned non-free image File:IndependentGreeks.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:IndependentGreeks.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 03:36, 29 November 2015 (UTC)
