Hi,

Thank you for your kind words. How can I get in touch with you? I am uploading new pictures from time to time to the commons folder. If you have a chance please check out the pictures on the webpage and let me know what kind of additional pictures you would want to see. Civertan 03:57, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi, first, I'd like to tell you your pictures are magnificent. It is also nice that you add them to the pages of specific counties, cities, etc. of Hungary. But, because of technical reasons, this result in an awkward look on these pages (try a resolution of 1024x768). So, I recommend you to start a new section at the bottom of the specific page, in the following way:

== Gallery ==
<gallery>

Image:Baja.jpg|Baja
</gallery>

This will result as follows:

Request, again

Hi,

Please consider Wikipedia is not a repository of images. Please follow the instructions I recommended you. You would be so kind.

Thanks in anticipation, -- Cserlajos (talk) (contribs) 20:12, 21 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I second the above editor, wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a linkfarm:

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
    and you must always:
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Business' FAQ. For more details about what constitutes a conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. Thank you.

Please stop and discuss any further additions. Thanks. --Dirk Beetstra T C 15:43, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have started a discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Spam#Civertan.hu to get some community input. May I invite you to join the discussion there? Thanks. --Dirk Beetstra T C 15:53, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Since you added more links, please discuss at the discussion I mentioned (Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Spam#Civertan.hu). The images are not the (major) concern (though we are not a repository), it is the external links you also add. Please discuss that first before you perform further link-additions. Thanks. --Dirk Beetstra T C 22:28, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I see you don't want to discuss your link-additions, but simply go on adding them. Therefore:

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing their websites from appearing on Wikipedia.

Please stop now adding link, and get consensus for the link additions. --Dirk Beetstra T C 10:33, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
