Great job Claudio. You added so much new information to this article that has enhanced the overall quality. One of my recommendations would be to write a little less "journal like". What I mean is you have great writing, but try to write a little more "cold" and too the point for wikipedia. Although the way you write is great, it makes the article sound a little biased by adding certain words that make it sound opinionated. I am going to copy and paste the first part of your last section to show you what I mean by that and quote the specific words and phrases that you should either delete or replace with something else. Reputation Building: With companies becoming more and more conscious of ethical practices, a company's reputation has never played a larger roll in their development. Ethical business practices are closely tied with reputation which makes it very hard to build a good reputation without ethics. In fact, Businesses that develop more quickly and successfully tend to show honesty, impartiality, and service to all of their stakeholders. With their customers, they should be transparent and pay attention to their interests.
Overall, what you added to the article was great. I definitely think you picked a great article to fix on Wikipedia because it had a lot of information missing that you could add. The structure is clear, there is balanced coverage, and it is easy to understand. The only thing I would work on is creating more neutral content and wording. I felt the importance of the topic, which I believe is the most important part of reading for content. Other than that, you are on a great track! I am impressed! Keep up the good work.
