A tag has been placed on Draft:Fresh-One, LLC, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. I did note your talk page remark on the above page. Since the page did require deletion, I'm responding with clarification here.

While spam and sales links are a form of promotion, they are not the only type. Wikipedia articles are required to be strictly neutral in both tone and content (any type of "talking up" or "sales pitch" language violates this), and to stick to facts verifiable by publication in reliable and independent sources. We would never allow something in an article like "Only FreshOne has the Industry-leading intelligence, national buying power, collaborative supplier relationships, logistics know-how, marketing savvy, innovative development team, supply-demand forecasting capabilities and the proven experience to deliver a comprehensive go-to-market fresh program for you. Their vision is to be the premier company that meets and exceeds the demands of today’s lifestyles by providing fresh, convenient, innovative and healthy food products to multi-location retailers nationally while adhering to our core values." That's straight out of a sales brochure. Also, we never address the reader, so there should never be a "you" in an article outside direct quotes. Finally, corporate filings, while reliable, don't really demonstrate notability. That requires substantial amounts of independent and reliable source material like newspaper or magazine articles about the subject. If there aren't sources like that about the company, we shouldn't have an article on it at all. Drafts don't have to immediately meet the sourcing and notability requirements (though they do before they move to the actual encyclopedia), but they will be deleted for blatantly promotional language like the above. Also, one more thing, as I generally advise to editors who have a deletion for promotional content: Please be aware that if you are being paid or compensated to edit Wikipedia, including being asked or expected to do so as a duty of employment or internship, our terms of service require that you disclose that fact as outlined here.
