Speedy deletion of Security Studies
[edit]A tag has been placed on Security Studies requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —Largo Plazo (talk) 02:50, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

How to verify copyright permission for article University of Belgrade
[edit]Hello, Darko Trifunovic.
Thank you for your interest in donating material from http://www.fb.bg.ac.rs/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=249&Itemid=1259 to Wikipedia. Since we do not currently have a method in place to verify the identity of account holders at account creation, we must verify such donations through external processes. The article has been blanked to allow time for that verification to proceed.
The simplest way to verify is to place a release on that external website putting the material into public domain or releasing it under a license compatible with GFDL, which permits modification and reuse, even commercially, as long as authorship credit is given. This release is irrevocable and must continue to be displayed, or the material will need to be removed. A statement such as the following, including the link to the GFDL, would be sufficient: "The contents of this website (or page, if you are specifically releasing one section) are available for modification and reuse under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.3 and later and under Creative Commons CC-BY-SA 3.0 and later." If you decide to take this route, please put a link to that release on Talk:University of Belgrade so we can restore the contents.
Alternatively, you may choose to send an e-mail to the Wikimedia Foundation from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL. There is a boilerplate release form at Wikipedia:Declaration of consent for all enquiries which can be helpful. Please provide a clear link to the website in your e-mail and specify by name the article on Wikipedia in which the material is being used. Once your e-mail is received and processed by a member of the Communications Committee, the article's contents will be restored if your release is legally sufficient. Please make a note that you've done this on Talk:University of Belgrade to help guard against premature deletion of the page. You can compose a note or very simply paste the following on the talk page, brackets and all: {{OTRS pending}}
If you decide you don't wish to release the material into public domain or under the terms of GFDL, you are welcome to rewrite the text from scratch at this temporary page. As long as the material is otherwise compliant with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, it will be used to replace the previous contents. Please leave a note at Talk:University of Belgrade saying you have done so.
If you are not familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, you may wish to review Wikipedia:Starting an article or Wikipedia:Your first article. If you are closely related to the subject matter, you may also want to read our conflict of interest guidelines to get an idea how best to proceed. It may be necessary once permission is verified to address other concerns in the text, if it is otherwise inconsistent with our policies and guidelines.
We apologize for the additional steps necessary, but as copyright is a matter of legal concern, we must ensure that we not only protect the rights of copyright holders, but also guard the Wikipedia project against inadvertent infringement.
The article will be revisited in about a week to see what additional steps have been taken or may be necessary. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to let me know at my talk page. We also have a help desk which is typically manned around the clock by volunteers.
Thank you. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:03, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

Changes to the article
[edit]Please stop. Your changes to the article have been reverted by numerous users. You are removing information that has been reliably sourced; I'm sorry if you feel that this is violating your "basic human rights", but continuing to insert your preferred text into the article does not help things. // Chris (complaints)•(contribs) 03:39, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
Changes to the article
[edit]It is not important who is changing the article, it is important to write true. I very much appreciate your interest in the article, but I must to ask you kindly to make reference on quotation not improvisation such as:
......"Trifunović was dropped from the list of invitees after Sadović sent a letter of complaint, in which he declared that he would not attend the conference if...." I invite all of you to visit an official web page of The European Police Congress at http://polis.osce.org/library/f/3066/1873/OSCE-GER-EVT-3066-EN-Programme.pdf and you can see by your self that his name is there even today. So quotation in the article is just lie.
3...."After leaving the Bosnian foreign ministry, Trifunović subsequently moved on to the Faculty of Security Studies of the University of Belgrade, where he continues to work in the field of Islamic terrorism". This is entire lies. I never specialized such thin as Islamic Terrorism.
etc....So we can work sentence by sentence and conclusion is very clear. Entire Article is falsification directed as personal attack. Arbitration is the best way to sole the dispute.
Also, dear Chris please see this:
I was the First Secretary of the Bosnian Mission to the UN. By the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs I was suspended and I challenge this decision on the Court of Bosnia. The Court of Bosnia role the decision in my favor (Number P – 43/05, from 27.11.2006.god, and Number Gž-117/06, from 17.06.2008.) ordering State of Bosnia and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to compensate me with 400 000 (KM) equivalent to 200 000 EUR ref [8]. If you like I am ready to fax you original Court decision. So it is not a case of suspension under suspicious circumstances it is a case of clear violation of the Law and my Human Rights proven on the Court. After this decision I requested President of the Council of the Ministers of Bosnia (Equivalent to the Prime Minister) Mr.Nikola Spiric that I shell to be post on Ambassador position under my choice since I suffer for several years injustice (You can find about that even on Bosnian Muslim web portal ref [9] or on extreme Muslim web portal ref [10].
I again invite you and all other interesting parties to work together in order to improve the article. I have to remind you that entire article is falsification and that there were many protest on way how article were written.
Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Darko Trifunović. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Until It Sleeps 00:23, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
Darko Trifunovic article.
[edit]Hello,
It seems this article is paining you greatly. Would you please explain to me what issues you have with the article and I will see what I can do to help you.--gordonrox24 (talk) 00:36, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
Many hanks for concern indeed
[edit]Dear Gordon,
Entire article is falsification directed as personal attack on me. It is great pain, since I am professor and many of my students are using Wikipedia.
Here is many think which is incorrect or some reference on appropriate quotation is missing:
...."Darko Trifunović (Serbian: Дарко Трифуновић) is a lawyer and professor at the Faculty of Security Studies of the University of Belgrade". Here need to be add appropriate reference such as [1]
..."He formerly worked as a diplomat for the foreign ministry of Bosnia and Herzegovina"... This is not correct since I won the Court case against Bosnia and according to the Court of Bosnia decision I need to be fully compensate and return on my job....you can see it was major news in Bosnia that I won the case ref on [2]
..."After leaving the diplomatic service in controversial circumstances, he authored a widely criticised report for the Republika Srpska (Bosnian Serb) government which denied that there had been a massacre at Srebrenica during the Bosnian War". You can see how it is maliciously writen part that I leaved diplomatic service???? As I mention, Court of Bosnia were clear in recent decision. Ministry of Foring Affaries of Bosnia fired me illegaly and now I received 400 000 compensation. So how it can be that I leaved my job under the contraversial circumstance, since situation now after 6 years is pretty much clear. It is not matter of somebody opinion it is now case of Court decision.
Also, what is relation between leaving diplomatic service with..."he authored a widely criticized report.."?????? There is no relations between, and also this is notorious lie that I "authored" Report in Case. No single reference. This is Government Report, not belong to any individual furthermore.
...."He moved on to his current position at the University of Belgrade, where he has specialised in the study of Islamic terrorism..." This is not true. After my diplomatic job I moved to the Institute of Political Studies and I keep my position at War Crimes Commission of the Republic of Srpska where I was engaged as Counter Terrorism Expert as well as big supporter of International Criminal Court (Mr.Darko Trifunovic was Legal adviser to the delegations of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Diplomatic Conference - Establishing an International Criminal Court - Rome – Rome, Italy 15 June – 17 July 1998. Provisional list of delegates to UN Diplomatic Conference A/CONF.183/INF.5/Corr.1} but as you can see in the article this is not even mentioned..?????
..."His views on the subject have been criticized by many Bosniak organizations.." It is not noted that this is a case of Bosnian Muslim organization related mostly with radical form of Islam, very often accused for War Crimes or relation to Al Qaeda. You can see just http://www.terrorisminfo.mipt.org/pdf/hsr117.pdf...but this is not mention in the Article...
So you can see that entire article from up to the bottom is directed as personal attack against living individual. If you can help, I will very much appreciate. Several Wikipedia editors are suspected for this falsification and whenever I post something very much supported they delete and accuse me for Vandalism. Looks like somebody give them money for that...what else??????
So, I assume this whole article is about you personally. I will talk to an administrator and see what we can do for you.--gordonrox24 (talk) 19:56, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
- ok, I taked to an administrator, and there is a review taking place here. Hopefully this can be resolved. If you have further questions, feel free to comments on User:Sandstein's talk page.--gordonrox24 (talk) 22:22, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Ok. I understand whole thing. But, I do not understand why I am so important to you and several other editors in sense that you do not want expose true??? I you aloud me, several times I invite all interesting parties to work line by line in order to improve the article, and there was not response. Is there any particular reason for that?

Darko Trifunovic, so called expert on terror
[edit]Well, if you are so concerned about your lack of credibility, why don't you start improving it? It is a fact that you denied genocide. It is also a fact that your fantasies about "islamic terrorism" in Bosnia completely ignore Serb terrorism, for eg. Serb terrorist Stanislav Galic and Dragoljub Milosevic were convicted on terror charges by the U.N.-based court. Bosniak (talk) 03:23, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

You can see that nobody at Wikipedia do not care about Genocide committed over other nation such as Roma people. Please see this http://lpcyu.instablogs.com/entry/genocide-over-kosovo-metohija-romas/ In the article about me this study is not even mentioned. Or that I am working on Holocaust issue and one of the biggest Genocide in Europe committed in Jasenovac (Donja Gradina) as Jasenovac Research Institute Director http://www.jasenovac.org/news_read.php?nID=38. In the article about me all of this is not even mentioned, because look like Jews, Serbian and Roma are "second class" people. Is that a case on Wikipedia?Darko 08:42, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
