Please stop making changes to the list without citing a reliable source. The population of the city proper of Bogotá as defined by the cabacera municipal of the Capital District is 7,760,451, as given by [www.dane.gov.co/files/investigaciones/poblacion/proyepobla06_20/Municipal_area_1985-2020.xls].
