Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. TheMindsEye (talk) 03:17, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Start and park, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Start and park. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Frmatt (talk) 05:46, 27 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

The article F1 Rejects has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 21:09, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unreferenced controversial biographical content to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at North Carolina Central University. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This must be sourced, and even so, I have doubts about appropriateness. I have listed it at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard for that concern. DGG ( talk ) 23:57, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did to Nancy Pelosi, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Loonymonkey (talk) 23:30, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions to the encyclopedia! In case you are not already aware, an article to which you have recently contributed, Presidency of Barack Obama, is on article probation. A detailed description of the terms of article probation may be found at Wikipedia:General sanctions/Obama article probation. "One of the sources on the article DID say she had two children" Did you see what the editor that removed the information thought of the edit? He considered it to be vandalism. [5]. I would have cited WP:BLP instead. You might want to discuss this and your other edits at WP:BLPN before you're blocked. --Ronz (talk) 01:26, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, if you would like, you can nominate anything such as images, biographies, articles and Did you knows, just add it on the talkpages. I may or may not approve them. Note: You can make up any DYKs. --Nascar1996 Contribs / Tasks 04:14, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Paul Harraka has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. A question or two

[edit]

Hello, I've been thinking, and I came to ask you a question: Since the drivers standings has been added to the current and future season articles, is the top-thirty five owners championship needed. I'm wondering if people even care who the owners are, only the drivers. I don't really want to see the section on next year's season article, but this years, where you have already began you can finish. Nascar1996 02:31, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Good point about the change of drivers, but after halfway in the season, it is almost impossible to change positions. I don't think it is required, but there is a lot of time inbetween now and next season. I probably will also get some other opinions. I have a question that you may know: When a driver change Example: 66 Dave Blaney +200 moves to 55 which is -200 does it mean that it would have to be switched and Dave Blaney would have to qualify on time? It is a little confusing. Nascar1996 02:23, 12 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The entry list is not that much important, for that section of the Practices and qualifying I use the qualifying order (which pretty much displays the same thing, the only thing that is different is the order). Also most people doesn't care about owners champion because it is always the owner of the driver champion. I think that Front Row Motorsports has finaly figured out what driver will driver what car for next year (hopefully). I just wish NASCAR would scale back on how many teams are allowed to compete like in Formula One. It is a lot more simple, and I also believe that only 25 cars could race. The start and parks also get on my nerves, I belive that NASCAR should say you have to run the whole race (or was supposed to anyway). Nascar1996 19:18, 12 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
After reading some notability standards. Point swapping is not notable per WP:NOTSTATS. I would also be too much on the article. I've thought it wasn't notable to begin with, and you can't find much sources on the changes. Point swapping, just lets the teams qualify for the first five races, not the entire season, and is mostly just little things that happen. Also, I am going to discuss owner points (top-35) with another user to see if its notable. Sorry for the incovenience. Nascar1996 16:09, 5 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Billy Brag edit

[edit]

I had to adjust [edit] to the article on Billy Bragg, you had added the cost of Braggs 'mansion', yet it wasn't mentioned in the reference that the edit was inserted before. I see you've been asked to provide references before, I'll ask once again for you to try adding them and ensure that statements don't get attached to previous references if not taken from them. cheers Lee∴V (talkcontribs) 23:11, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Xxxtreme Motorsports

[edit]

Hello Diddlyman2004,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Xxxtreme Motorsports for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks,  Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 03:05, 7 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You've done some editing on that one - could you have a look at the Order of the Eagle Eye bit? It's unreferenced, and I suspect it in connection with an article I deleted about this 'secret society'. Very secret - I can't even find it exists... Peridon (talk) 18:37, 22 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
