Latino Muslims
[edit]Thank you for contributing to the article. It's looking great. The article still needs more work. I noticed in the section about prisons that you didn't list any of the famous Latino Muslim prisoners such as Jose Padilla. Please mention him and others who have been incarcerated on terrorism charges. Maybe, the section can be expanded because little is actually mentioned about Latino Muslim prisoners. Maybe, the section could just be merged with another article then linked to the Latino Muslims article. http://blog.chron.com/lavoz/2015/07/seven-latinos-who-have-been-tied-to-terror-plots. --LatinoMuslim 01:00, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
- Thank you for your comments! I will still be working throughout the semester so I will be sure to add a section on significant Latino Muslims, including Jose Padilla and the others in the article. And thank you for all of your contributions to improve the article so far! I look forward to continuing to work on it. Dmaldonado08 (talk) 02:24, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
- That's great to know. I think that notable Latino Muslims like Jose Padilla have to be mentioned somewhere in the article. Just not sure the best place.--LatinoMuslim 02:30, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
- I like the way you tied in Liberation theology into reasons why Latino Muslims embrace Islam. Please do the same with the Conversion to Islam in prisons section. You seem better at this than me. --LatinoMuslim 02:34, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
